We accept payments by PayPal, check, and cash.
House Rules at LeFay Cottage
Guests will receive a Welcome letter and House Rules document upon booking LeFay Cottage.
Interaction With Guests
Sally Anne does not reside on site, so for any emergencies or questions about the property, she is available by cell phone. Additionally, their is an onsite contact, with a separate entrance to the cottage whose info will be provided for guests for emergencies.
Candles: Burning candles are not allowed in any of the rooms.
Fireplace: Not to be used
Barbeque: Grilling is allowed on the deck, and instructions are supplied for its usage.
Smoking: LeFay Cottage at Little Washington is smoke free.
Children and Pets: We love well behaved children!
Pets may be boarded at Rose Hill for overnight accommodations and may visit on the cottage grounds during your stay. Horses may be boarded at Blue Rock Farms.
Cancellation Policy
When you start to make a reservation on LeFay Cottage at Little Washington’s calendar, you will notice that the Airbnb website will pop up and outline all of our terms and conditions. Your booking is essentially with Airbnb. With the current Pandemic, know we will be as flexible as possible with you.
