The Cottage is nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Rappahannock, Virginia and is the perfect venue for a Boho Chic intimate and romantic weddings, elopements or vow renewal ceremonies. If you are an adventurous and free spirited couple who love nature and being outside WE’VE GOT YOU! Our wedding, elopement and vow renewal packages are designed so that you can be stress free and enjoy your unforgettable day! What’s included with a wedding, elopement or vow renewal ceremony package at LeFay Cottage at Little Washington?
Our current packages all include our Five-Star accommodations at LeFay Cottage. You will also have an event manager on site for your event, a photographer and high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery, a bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere, and an officiant who will ordain a ceremony of your choice. The big stuff is taken care of for you!!
What kind of ceremonies do you host?
Our beautiful property near Shenandoah National Park is suited for intimate weddings, elopements or vow renewals, so if you LOVE the outdoors and LOVE romance, we are a perfect fit! We are a LGBTQ-friendly wedding venue!
Where can we get married on the property?
LeFay Cottage at Little Washington sits on a gorgeous former Christmas-tree farm property. Couples have their choice of locations on the property for their exchange of vows: the majestic skyline of the Blue Ridge Mountains as your grand back drop, the Secret Forest or the Living Room En Suite (an option, should the weather be inclement).
And then… you can hop in the car for a quick car ride and a short hike up to some of our FAVORITE spots to capture more photographic memories in the Shenandoah Mountains!

How much space do you have for us to get ready?
Our three bedroom cottage is perfect for you, your bridal party or family members to get ready in. You can also have your hair and makeup done on site (and this can be added to your package!). Infact we have many other extra’s that you can add onto our basic packages if you wish.
